Was a straightforward process and the interviews went well. Only con is that I never heard back after several rounds of interview, even with follow ups. I think typically, after several rounds of interview, it’s standard to send an email if the candidate does not get the position rather than ghosting.

Why I wanted this position and to work on that specific team
I had a lovely phone screen and completed a skills test shortly after. I was then invited to interview, but I never went through with it because I had a competing offer that was attractive. I had a deadline to respond to the offer and asked the team if they could interview me sooner than scheduled so I could weigh both options. They said no.
