Met with initial recruiter. They were very informative of the position and clear of the expectations. She provided benefit information which includes medical, dental and matching for 401b. The role had travel requirements and seemed like they were operating on a slim team.

Long, nothing face to face. Everything was set up through the recruiter.
Interviewer missed the second interview. Hired me 30 mins after my second interview. I did not meet my hiring manager until 3 months in. I quit shortly after. She clearly had no leadership ability or knowledge of what we were trying to pull off.
