Acceptable - took a long time to move from one phase to the next, but I felt like every interview was challenging and the process straight forward. I had a phone interview, a group interview and a one on one interview. The times and locations were communicated clearly to me and in general the process was very smooth but lengthy.

I was identified and vetted by an outside recruiting agency. When I finally did my phone interview and came in for the in-person interview with Association staff, I had basically already been hired. Unfortunately I was initially brought in as a contractor and not converted to staff for about 3.5 months.
