Phone interview then in person. It was pretty easy just asked for previous experience and why I wanted the job. It was a 3 week process and they offered me a job on the spot
Found out they were looking for interns/ volunteers on line Reached out and went to training session. scheduled what days I would be there and bounced around until I found one person to work under. It was a good opportunity to gain experience . I enjoyed it.

Was a phone a interview, fairly standard questions. The interviewer was very nice and wanted to listen to what you had to say. There weren't any surprise questions, pretty standard. Wanted to work with students so very flexible and understanding
