There were two intereviews. The first one included a script that was emailed and over the phone where about 2-3 individuals playing out the script as consumers who would call in. They wanted to hear your tone and see how you sounded on the phone. (You were not supposed to read the script word for word but study before and relay the information as best as possible). The second interview consisted of three individuals in a small office with different questions. Very simple. They wanted to know basic information such as reasons for wanting the job and how diabetes connects to the potential employee.

STAR (situation,task, action, response) interview ... not too complicated. It’s just their standard interview process. They ask you to describe a situation in which you “had a hard time dealing with an employee” or “a difficult situation at work “.

Short and to the point and then there was a training process, that was to long and to much information forced in your head in a little windowless room for weeks, with ridiculous skits and role play.

Had an initial phone interview in which I was told I would hear back from the manager. I was told I would hear back about the position, regardless of if I had received the position or not. However, I was never contacted, even after multiple attempt to contact.
