Interview
I wanted to work for this organization very badly and spent many hours speaking to associated partners and former board members. I prepared a dossier of ideas and potential programs. After the interview, I was encouraged that I was part of a final review but abruptly was contacted by the HR department that I was no longer under consideration. The supervising leader ghosted me completely.
