I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
After the application, I received a mail with the request to participate to a digital interview where using the webcam they recorded my answers to pre-set interview questions within a limited amount of time.
I had problems with the audio recorded and I was not confortable in speaking with a computer instead of a real person, how can you evaluate diverse personal experience, specific traits or empathy if the candidate is speaking to a machine with pre-recorded questions?
Moreover, given the system used the candidate doesn't have the possibility to ask questions.
it was very great and clear to understand the interviewer who exained the very best things about the wonderful job the were hiring for this past summer. it was a very good experience for me
