I met with a panel of people. The panel included my supervisor, the VP of fundraising, and another woman who was leaving AHA because her husband's job required them to relocate. I received an email after applying where they asked me to come in for a face-to-face interview. Following the interview, they showed me around and introduced me to everyone.

The process was pretty in-depth, but not crazy high pressure. The interview took on a pretty conversational tone. The time it took for them to give me a follow-up and answer was a really long time though.
