This was a fourth step process that lasted about 6 weeks. The initial interview is a pre-recorded video, and you record and submit your response. If selected, you’ll speak with HR. My role is market level, so I had interviews with the local Executive Director, regional Regional VP of Development, Regional VP of Communications and a VP executive. Everything was via teams, and so wasn’t able to visit the office before accepting the role, however everyone was respectful and each step had at least a “lag week” before the next interview.
