I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter about 2 weeks later. The phone screen was simple. She asked basic questions about my experience (focusing on my employee engagement experience) and salary requirements. She told me it would take a few weeks to get through all the phone screens before we concluded the call. I waited 2 full weeks and did not hear anything, so I sent the recruiter a follow up email asking for an update. Unfortunately the recruiter never responded. She never acknowledged my email or gave me an update. Truthfully this was really surprising. I have volunteered with this organization in the past and always thought so highly of them. But it is so unacceptable for the recruiter to straight up ignore my email. Very disappointing and makes me reconsider volunteering or applying for a job with the organization again.
