Phone interview with recruiter. On site interview with hiring manager. Virtual interview with another EA. Interview with executive that the role would be supporting. I got all the way to the last round (spoke to 4 different people at this company) and the recruiter ghosted me. I followed up within a few weeks to hear an update and never heard back. Very unprofessional. As least have the decency to say that they went with another candidate as I invested a lot of time interviewing with them.
