I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Apollo.io (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Interviewed as an SDR. Got to know the CEO, CRO, and team there. I was thoroughly impressed in the ambition and intelligence proven by the founders, and I was inspired to join their team in order to surround myself with incredible people.
First round with a recruiter. Weird interaction. Questions were more around how I came to US and what visa I held. And then more questions about visa.
Second round with a HM. She wasn't engaged. Interview lasted around 9 min. Only question I have been asked was tell me about yourself. And rest of the time I asked my questions. Felt like they already found a candidate and it's just a checking box interview since I was already on the second interview stage.
Was three easy steps. One with recruiter, then hiring manager and last was a role play. Was very straight forward and easy to get each step scheduled. 2 30 minute and one 45 minute
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Apollo.io (Panamá) in Aug 2021
Interview
There were several interviews and each was very insightful into what the work experience would be like. They were all very nice and showed genuine interest in getting to know me.
