It was a specular experience! The process was pretty long. I had 4 interviews total and got to meet several team members, including the CEO and COO. I got a really positive energy when interacting with all of them. I believe Apollo is a great product and it’s going on the right direction.

Recruiter screening (25 mins) - Recruiter was 5 minutes late
Director of Success (30 mins) - They were 4 minutes late.
Culture Call (30 mins) - 15 minutes late but very apologetic and probably my favorite part of the process.
Final Presentation (45 mins) - I felt like the interviewers didn't want to be there. Bad vibes.
Also, if you are going to request candidates to do a presentation please provide either feedback when requested or let the candidate know that you have a policy against feedback. Not providing any response is a fail and a bad candidate experience. I guess that's interviewing in 2024, shame.
