I had to make a 2-minute video introducing myself, after that I was told it was bet if I went for another position and we scheduled a phone interview, the interview went so well I was referred to the initial position I applied for. After this I had another meeting in which I spoke with the head of HR, she said it went well and that the next step was to get a meeting with the CEO. The meeting was rescheduled a few times by the CEO before we could even speak. The CEO didn't like my resume and ended the call, he told me to remake it and once I sent it to him he said the following: "Thanks Edwin! This looks like a much more professional resume, nice job. BTW there is a typo at the end, it should be References not Referees. One more tip -- typically the experiences should be done in reverse chronological order rather than chronological.
Unfortunately, after speaking with the team, I think we will unfortunately still have to pass on your candidacy, because I think we would be looking for candidates with a bit greater track record of excellence in the relevant field. (As an aside, your resume has a bit too many short stints, and many companies would be looking for longer, more continuous stays at one company.
In any case, if there's anything I can do to support, please do let me know and I wish you all the best in all your endeavors!
Thanks again,
Tim"
