Went 5 rounds of interview. 1 technical exam first then 2 cultural fit interview. 2 technical interview. 1 final cultural fit interview. It went for 2months. Got accepted and email confirmation. When they asked for my expected compensation, which is not even 100k+ yearly they reverted and said they cannot meet my expected salary. Negotiated it to down 30% less my expected, still cannot meet it. Which I find very weird as What I can see in the reviews senior engineers get more than 100k+++ and I didn't even asked for that. Just do the math. Every one was friendly and very professional especially the interviewers.

I got positive feedback from recruiter via email, and he suggested I start preparing for next rounds, but got then got ghosted.
