Spent 1.5 months for interviewing here, rejected and the reason was that I didnt finish CSS part (the last and the least important task during this assessment, in general I completed 9.5/10 requirements) and it was on SECOND interview (6 in total). Don’t waste your time!
I applied online. I interviewed at Apollo.io in Sep 2025
Interview
Interview had 6 stages checking various competencies, i.e.
* HR check,
* AI coding session,
* creating TODO app from scratch
* system design session
* behavioural session
* debugging session
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apollo.io in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process had 5 rounds.
1. FE Live Coding - 1 React question and 2 very easy problem solving.
2. App Creation - TODO App exactly as todoMVC
3. Debugging - A transcription app with bugs to be solved in codesandbox.
4. Frontend System Design - A figma design will be given and you will be asked questions on designing API contracts, the API urls, page URLs
5. Behavioral Interview - Standard behavioural questions
The entire process took a month only to get rejected without any proper reason. Extremely poor decision making capabilities from the interviewers and recruitment group.
