AppCard interview questions

I was invited to interview here 3 times. The first time I had a quick video interview, followed by an in person interview at their office. A few days later I was contacted and they said they thought I would be good for the company but wanted to go with someone with more direct experience. A few months later, after constantly seeing the role relisted, I contacted the person I spoke with previously again and was invited to interview again with a different person. Was rejected after that call. Forward another few months, the role is listed again and again. I sent in another application, and again am invited to interview. It’s the same person I met with during the first interview. They told me she didn’t remember me, but would review the notes from the first interview and get back to me. Never heard from them again. The staff I met in the office were nice, but I wonder about their hiring practices, if jobs are just listed constantly.

1) Recruiter screening – Relaxed conversation where I shared my background and experience. 2) Behavioral interview with Engineering Manager – Covered standard behavioral questions. 3) Technical interview with Engineering Manager – I wrote an automation test using a framework of my choice. The interviewer was supportive, which made the process comfortable. 4) Behavioral interview with VP of Engineering – Standard behavioral questions. 5) Behavioral interview with CTO – Standard behavioral questions. Overall, the process was very well organized. Every interviewer was respectful and easy to communicate with. From application to offer, the timeline was about one month. If you prepare with the STAR method and practice writing automation tests regularly, the interviews are straightforward.
