I had 3 round of interview in Appzen recently . Cleared the 1st 2 round post which for 3rd round I was asked to come to their office for the 3rd round . Before the 3rd round they have given me 3 questions and asked me to choose one on which which the discussion was supposed to happen later. There were two people from their tech team and both looked confused and the questions were very vague . Later , I was asked to leave and told that the HR will let you know about the feedback . I was recjected and on asking about the feedback , the HR told that there were tech issues due to which i got rejected . There was not even a single tech uestion in the whole interview . This company wasted my time as travelled from my city to their office . Avoid joinin such stupid organisation who does not value the candidates time . The overall experience was very disappointing.

Started with a recruiter call, went well and i twas followed by zoom call with hiring manager. That interview followed by two in person meetings - first was with the CTO. It was followed by in person interview with CEO the following week. CEO was extremely arrogant during the 30 min call - and kept asking about impactful product launch and just putting down whatever I said. Even after I said that I am not a finance person, he kept asking me about my finance background and asking questions in that area. Just seemed like an extremely negative person to be around. During 30 min interview he didn't have 1 positive thing to say about anything. I would highly discourage anyone from applying to appzen - they are completely disorganized and don't know what they are doing. The CEO is not the type of person I would want to work for.

This was a phone screen followed by a presentation and multiple rounds of people interviewing. The issue was after spending 3 days preparing the presentation I did not get positive or negative feedback. Actually they went silent. Honestly I would expect a little more for a start up that prides itself in a great interview experience.
