1. Total choas each day. As each person will show point to other department and no one wanted to take responsibility. 2. Each day will be hard to spend. Every Friday note every Friday you should be in office to attain "All Hands". Such a JOKE...every Friday! 3. Product team is so rude that custom gets "Churn" but they don't implement solutions and let go to customer. 4. Every custom gives almost every day negative feedback about company's policy and leadership but they just want salary to get credited every month and rest them put pressure on people below their hierarchy instead of making change to faulted internal process and system 5. India Head is like a headmaster come and shout in front of everyone for any small mistake you do. He just want to keep his head above although you have done 100% of your job. So be aware they will HIRE and FIRE you if you are not fall in line or praise them and be "His Highness" good books. 6. People will 10-15 years of experience try to give advice but they don't want to listen and they show as if they are "Apple" or "Meta" if feel so comedy and people keep laughing behind their back. 7. They don't provide health insurance for parents. Very big con people they have that much money but think twice. 8. HR is puppet of leadership as usual. If you will tell them even a small thing they will go and tell leadership and then you are screwed.
