Interview
It was pretty standard, easy going and quick. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, hiring manager and then an onsite presentation to the Dir and VP. You have to present a product of your choice. They want to know your 30/60/90 game plan and your sales process.

Interview
The entire process took around two months from start to finish. The team were kind enough to work with my diary, with the time difference this was extremely well received by me.
I held various 1:1 interview sessions with my soon to be direct line manager, peers and Anant himself (CEO) this not only assured me they were after the right candidate but wanted to invest in the successful candidate. I immediately found out that Anaplan were one team sharing the same goals.
Working with an external recruiter the whole process was professional, extremely informative and a two way processes. By the end I felt that Appzen knew as much about me as I did their culture and future goals.

Interview
Interview with multiple leaders, including CEO and COO, to gain full picture of company's mission, direction and culture. Included one phone screen with hiring manager, first onsite interview with 3 leaders, final onsite interview with CEO. Efficient and well organized.
