First round was video call with hiring manager and was asked to do a design challenge in which was to be presented when coming in for the second round. Second round was in-person and met with leadership across the company. It went well and was asked for references and then they mysteriously ghosted me. I reach out and HR says they closed the position. Huh? I come to find out months later that they basically stole my design challenge solutions and implemented it into their product. Not ethical.
