Worst interview experience ever. They conducted a hackerank test out which I left 1 coding question and rest I answered. So I got shortlisted maybe according to their cutoff. In the first F2F round, the interviewer asked me nothing about Data structure and algo rather he asked me more of analytical questions and multithreading. Unexpectedly I cleared first round. After waiting for 5 hours, in the second round the other guy asked me to code the same coding problem that I didn't attempt in the hackerank test. I could only solve it partially. After that he asked 1 core Java question for formality and then ultimately rejected. He asked me nothing about my current project or my work. One feedback to this company, if you want to hire for specific skills please do rigourous filtering first only. Do not waste candidate's time. My second round was just like an exam. Conduct all your tests in the office itself. This would save your as well as candidate's time. This was the worst interview experience in my entire IT career.
