The interview included a direct call with the technical screeners, where they looked for both LeetCode/ DSA skills, as well as more ML/DL skills. However, the difficulty level was quite low, and I was ble to answer them easily. It seemed they could have asked more questions, but really stuick to just 2-3 questions. After answering the questions easily, I was later rejected citing 'lack of job experience' despite having enough relevant experience. Don't reject candidates because you lack the knowledge.to test them appropriately.

The interview process comprised of four steps. Screening with the recruiter, technical screening with the hiring manager, online coding test, and on-site interviews. The recruiter was very prompt and helpful in answering questions and providing overview of the company. Interview questions covered a bunch of areas: NLP, deep learning, algorithms & data structures coding questions, and machine learning system design. The on-site interviews were more like technical deep-dive/open-ended discussions.
