Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and scheduled a call. During the scheduled call time, recruiter never called despite me following up and requesting an update and/or reschedule. Hm... not a great first impression. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume something went wrong but scheduling a time to chat and not showing up nor responding to my messages is a really really bad first impression.
