1st call with recruiter went well.
I had a video interview with the principal product designer, I guess he got promoted and is the building out the team.
Portfolio presentation of two case studies. He didn't have any questions.
But then rejected me saying "we need a candidate that has experience working with minimal guidance to drive product direction"
Wow insulting!
