From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly positive. The recruiter, the hiring manager, and the rest of the team created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I really appreciated how natural the conversations felt during all stages, it felt like a collaborative discussion where I could comfortably share my experience and ask my own questions, not an interrogation that sometimes happen ;) Everyone was so friendly, encouraging, and easy to talk to. The team shared concrete, real-world examples of my future tasks, which gave me a great picture of the role.
