Company is fully remote oriented. As a software engineer, you obtain latest Macbook Pro with good SSD drive and RAM. Also due to companys course to of AI-first development, there is a lot of AI licenses to chose from.

Cons

The management ladder seems to be excessively long and complicated. In the matter of 1-2 years, I was able to observe the change of company politics into being more strict and corporate.
