Cons

Top management is not trust-worthy and cares primarily about optics. Some teams suffer from micromanaging individuals. Promotion in some teams is virtually impossible. The product team is struggling. Very uncertain future.

Smart colleagues, awesome people to work with, flexible remote work, good pay.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership changed and the politics of the company is becoming the typical corporate environment. A lot of shocking or quiet layoffs handled not in the best way. However, that will probably settle down at some point.

- Incredibly talented coworkers - Remote first flexibility (for now)

Cons

-Leadership has become completely tone deaf creating an environment of fear, uncertainty, and chaos. Executives gutted several critical teams before having a plan for future company strategy and reorganization causing significant negative impact to morale, focus, productivity, and innovation. - Raises and growth opportunity have become sparse, causing further attrition given the increased demand from each employee
