It was three rounds - first with HR and two of the hiring manager who had open spots for their teams. Eventually, they decided which team I would end up with.

I was contacted by an very unprofessional appointment setter who advised I had been recommended by a former co-worker & she was curious if I was interested in speaking with the hiring manager about a possible position with the company (however she had no other details, not even the position title). I welcomed the opportunity & a phone interview was set with the hiring manager. On the day of the interview the hiring manager phoned 15minutes later than scheduled & seemed irritated when I inquired as to what position I was being considered for. After rushing through some questions she scheduled a second phone interview with the Senior Production Manager. This was surprising as she did not seem too impressed with our conversation. The the day set for the second phone interview came & went without any communication from the hiring manager or Sr. Production Manager. Three weeks later I received a generic e-mail from the appointment setter thanking me for my interest but they were looking for more qualified candidates.
