Initial phone screen with an offshore recruiter, followed by a sales drive aptitude assessment. Recruiter will set up next touchpoint via Video interview with local manager, followed by an in person panel interview with sales team. Lastly, a video interview with VP level or above.

The process was very Quick! She asked me questions about my customer service experience and what I like most about it. Other questions to, but I can remember it happened so fast.

Questions were about my customer service experience.
I hadn't gotten an interview. The recruiter contacted me inquiring if I was available. She spoke in a very thick Indian accent, and her english and pronunciation was very bad. I had severe difficulty understanding her. I said yes I'm available and she emailed me information...IN ARABIC. After reviewing the company website, which touted them as being minority and women owned combined with it being an international company and the fact I am a straight, white man, I didn't feel comfortable applying for the position.
