I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Sterling, VA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was simple.
First round was a phone interview with the recruiter talking about the role and what Asurion does. From the outside we only see Asurion as "protection plan" company but internally there are problems that a designer would love to solve. Second round was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Third round, was an all day interview with the Director of design, 1 product manager, 1 development and 2 Principal Designer— I showed my portfolio and explained my thought process around it.
A week later I was given an offer and I accepted it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Asurion (Nashville, TN) in Jul 2017
Interview
Seemed like nice people and a great working environment. 2 phone interviews were followed by a series of in person interviews. They explained everything clearly and I was able to meet some team members I would be working with. Took about 3 hours all together. Too bad it didn't work out!
