30 minute interview with two managers. Review of my resume and work history with standard questions. I was asked to describe a time when I had a conflict with a supervisor and how I handled it. I had answered the question in a prior interview at another company and gave the same response in both of the interviews. The interviewing manager in the first interview told me he wished all employees would handle it in the way I did. But at Athene I must have had a different tone or something, as they viewed my response in a negatively. Advise; be positive, upbeat, don't say more, or expand on your answers, but be prepared to explain your answer, as they may ask you to. Nice physical environment.
