I had a recruiter reach out to me multiples times through email and LinkedIn so I replied and they took about a week to schedule a time with one of their counterparts. I thought it was weird the initial call was an hour long but right before the call I received a generic rejection before ever speaking with anyone. It was a complete waste of my time and seems like they were pretty unorganized and unprofessional.
