I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aurora Innovation (Mountain View, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
I had a HM call, tech screen & onsite. So, the interview steps were fairly standard but their process is really streamlined with quick turnaround between phases once it got started. I definitely appreciated receiving feedback with 1 or 2 days all they way through the interview & offer process as it helped calm my anxiety. The entire team was very professional and the recruiter was particularly helpful throughout the process.
