My experience was consistent with the person who reported a concern before me. Main concerns are below - 1. During the interview, It was clear that these experiences are driven by the fact that they want to fill the position internally. I would have been better if I had not wasted my time. 2. I am generally very graceful - but this experience with Aurora's recruiters and interview was a litte unique, so I am making note. First, I applied for a hardware engineer ing manager role but the recruiters insisted that a software interview for a role/title I did not apply for was necessary. Then, the interviewer asks a question that is nearly impossible to implement within the allotted 30 minute window. A few minutes in, I had to charge to the finish line without much time to discuss the approach because it had to be done at an insane speed. But I did complete a graph search algorithm within this time, got it work to first order, and made it run. Either ways, we would have all been better off if we had not wasted our time.
