Slow and disorganized recruiting process. HR staffers have extreme communication issues with interviewers. Yeah, I understand that it’s “Corona time” but why do other firms in SF still manage to put together a smooth, professional recruiting process? Initial contact was positive. I got invited for a final interview round only to have the interviewer change their mind and call it off a few hours later (no new information came up). Interviewer did not review the submitted case materials, asked no questions on technical knowledge and seemed rather confused on what she was looking for. It seems like they slowed down the process to see whether they can cherry pick laid-off employees. Not cool, Aurora.
