I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avamere (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was very relaxed with only a few questions about my past history and work experience. There were no standard behavioral questions like, "Tell me about a time when. . . "
It was more conversational than structured and took place in the dining area of the facility. Also, with many or most of my interviews I have also received a tour of the facility and this was not a part of this interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Avamere (Tacoma, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by the director of nursing. The interview was conducted as we toured the facility. She would ask me my interview questions while showing me around the facility. We then sat down in a private room and finished the interview. It was very relaxed and comfortable.
