Avamere began in 1995, as a single Skilled Nursing Facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Since that small beginning, Avamere has grown over the years to become the industry leader in the Pacific Northwest for Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care. Operating 33 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Oregon and Washington, including 5 campuses with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care onsite, Avamere provides those who need extra care a dignified place to rest and recover.
