The interview process was great. The initial interview was a phone call with Katie, who is fantastic at what she does. Her energy and enthusiasm, as well as her detail of everything to expect throughout the process was exciting as candidate. The second interview was a panel interview via "Teams" with 4 different leadership team members. I was impressed with this interview because of the conversational aspect and free flowing nature of the conversation. Often times it's difficult to have that in a panel interview. The final interview was with the VP of the Educational line of business. He was great. The purpose of this interview is to see if the culture fit is good, as well as providing a little more insight about myself.
