I first applied to multiple positions at Aya at the end of September. I never heard from them, so I decided to give them my info under their talent community "position," where they would actually reach out to you with any specific roles that best fit your resume. As soon as I submitted that, I received the email to take the Predictive Index test. I took the test and then got an email from the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist in San Diego. We scheduled a phone call, but I never received my call. There was no direct phone number I could call, so I was only able to send a follow-up email. Never got a reply. I really hope they are doing ok and just had to deal with a personal emergency... Otherwise, it was very disappointing as I was looking forward to learning more about the company.
