Very quick turn around. I sent in an application and got an email sent over the next day asking about my availability for a call. The recruiter was very professional, timely, and kind. After a few typical questions - "tell me about yourself?" and "why Aya Healthcare" she told me that it looked promising on her end and that she going to reach out to the hiring manager and set up another phone interview. Two days later, a call was scheduled and I spoke to the manager of the team about the position and details. He was open, transparent, and just so personable to speak with. He had a very positive outlook on me and brought me on board as soon as possible. I was called later that afternoon and given an offer. Overall, I had a great experience, and all of my questions were answered and I'm excited.
