One of the best interview experiences from start to finish. No one can beat it. Super transparent and never made me wait and think about what’s next. A PI questionnaire was sent. Total 3 rounds: 1. HR round, 2. hiring manager and then 3. QA manager and automation team lead. Was able to match up of what I asked after the offer. The process took less than 10 days and offer was immediate (like I am done with the interview and was about to get up from my chair and I got a call with offer). They are super flexible with my start date as I moved couple of times due to family reasons. A special shout out to Hannah, my HR is responsive and for being very patient with me. Can’t wait to meet the team and being part of AYA family.
