The interview was pleasant. The job qualifications listed about four things that they were looking for, all very general (i.e. good at talking with people over the phone) and I explained how I work with people all the time so everything sounded good. Then they let me know I don't have enough experience for the position. Event though the position didn't require any specific experience.
