I got contacted initially by an Associate Recruiter on 10/21/2022. She sent a great introductory email wanting to chat with me further, I responded back to her, open to a conversation. I never heard back. Almost 2 months later on 12/28/2022 I get another email from another different Associate recruiter asking me to fill out a questionnaire, which I did, and then asks for my resume. I have no idea still at this point on the role they wish to discuss or the compensation since they reached out to me. I asked her to provide this detail, once again silence, and on 1/3/2023, I get an automated email that I am not a fit for them. How can this be without them not even having a conversation for me to learn about my background? It feels a bit dismissive, and I don't think enough candidates hold companies accountable for a poor screening experience and overall poor candidate experience, so here you go, take the feedback and do a better job next time.
