Filled out a personality profile, a quick phone call, then an in person interview with five people individually. I was told the in person interview would last around 30 min, but it lasted about 2.5 hours. Everyone was very nice, interesting, and straight forward. I truly felt welcomed there. I only have two complaints: 1) Being told the interview would be short and planning as such caused trouble as I had planned this over a lunch break. I was very late back to work and had to think fast to avoid trouble with my current employer. 2) Given the in depth and nature of the interview, I at least expected to hear back from the hiring manager to let me know whether or not I got the job. Even after a follow up email, I have still not heard a thing from them. I assume I was not selected.
