Had a pleasant interview experience. It consisted of 3 rounds: 1st round was a ~15 min call with the recruiter. 2nd round was a 30 min Teams meeting with Product Manager and a Product Designer. 3rd and final round was 1hr meeting with six designers/managers/researchers on the team where I presented my design challenge and portfolio. I suggest keeping your presentations brief to leave time for questions. They were very nice, and communicative. The entire process only took a few weeks (with holidays in between). I didn't get the job, but they didn't drag me along, which I appreciate.
