It felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview, which I appreciated. After that, they had me do a skills assessment to make sure I knew my stuff when it came to echo technology. It wasn’t too intense, just some questions about procedures and equipment. Then, I had an interview with Aya Healthcare where we talked more about the role and what they were looking for. Again, it felt pretty relaxed, and they were genuinely interested in getting to know me. They also checked my references, but that was pretty standard stuff. Once everything checked out, they made me an offer, and I was good to go. Overall, the whole process was easygoing, and the people at Aya Healthcare were great to work with.
