On top of that she went through some interview prep and honest feedback with me as the interviews progressed. I felt so supported and set up for success by her! The second interview with my potential Manager, Sr. Manager, and Director of the program was smooth and enjoyable. They thoroughly wanted to understand my experience, skill set, and why I was motivated for the job, and also gave positive feedback about my answers. They wanted to make sure I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me to ensure we were the best fit for each other. I received an offer letter the following evening! My recruiter called me to share the good news, congratulate, me, and answer any questions regarding the onboarding process. I'm so excited to start my new position with Ay!
