My interview process with Aya went really smoothly! I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview about a week later. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I met with both the Internal Recruiter and Marketing Manager who were both really nice! I had great conversations with both of them and just spoke to all of my skills and experience. Be prepared to give actual examples of projects you have worked on, success stories, etc. Two days later, I was asked to come in to meet the CEO. He didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary, and at the end he said that the Internal Recruiter would be in touch really soon. This was on Friday, so I sent the internal recruiter an email Monday morning letting her know that it was great to meet with Alan and that I was still very interested in the role. She emailed me right back and let me know that she would be in touch that afternoon to follow up. When she called that afternoon she gave me the offer and I of course accepted!! The entire process took one week and everyone was great at getting back to me with updates. Thank you Aya, I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this amazing company!!
