"You will be directly reporting to a person 10 years your junior, how would you handle it?"
I applied online. I interviewed at B. Braun (Bethlehem, PA) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was a bit of hurry up and wait. The initial HR phone screen happened very quickly, within a week after my application online. Then I quickly had a video interview with the hiring manager a week or so later which went very well, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager's manager a week after that (that interviewer seemed a bit more awkward and it was difficult to read how the interview was going). I didn't hear anything for a few weeks and then was told they were re-grouping. I eventually heard about a month later that I was no longer being considered for the role.
